Women’s Back to School Prayer
Thursday, August 6 | 8:30 AM in the Chapel.
We will have a time of guided prayer for our children that will be going back to school the following week.

Promotion Sunday
Sunday, August 9 | All grades move up
Kids Ministry: At 9:30 AM & 11 AM All incoming 1st and 5th graders will receive a new Bible.
Student Ministry: At 9:30 AM all incoming 6th graders can attend Summit A.M. in the Ministry Center!
Living Nativity Sign-Ups
Sundays, August 9 & 16
After each service outside the Fellowship Hall
If you want to be in the cast or crew for the 2026 Living Nativity, come sign-up!

Baptisms
Baptism is one of the two ordinances which Christ has called the church to observe. For the individual believer it is a step of obedience to His command, a public statement of their willingness to be identified with Him, and a picture of their death to self and resurrection to a new spiritual life.

Membership
Want to learn more about Green Valley Baptist Church? Join us for our next Membership Class. In about an hour, you’ll learn about what we believe, how we function, and what we know God has called us to be as a church. You’ll also meet our ministry leadership, find a place to serve, and become a member! Lunch is provided. Registration will open as the next class approaches.
